Biography

F  Worked in/lived in District 10 for about 60 years, so I know the district and the issues well.

F  Worked for the Social Security Administration for 32 years. working on legislation at the Federal level and managing the Commissioner's offices in both Baltimore and Woodlawn, in addition to providing technical support in the field of information technology 

F  Licensed Realtor® for 26 years

F  Licensed real estate broker with my own company for 16 years

F  Licensed appraiser for 19 years. 

F  Belong to multiple Maryland Realtor® associations.

F  For years I have chaired and served on legislative committees for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® and the Maryland Association of Realtors®, regularly reviewing proposed legislation every Monday when the Maryland State Legislature is in session.  In addition, I have reviewed legislation, testified for/against legislation and helped write legislation. 

F  Certifications  held: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors® Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative), and e-Pro (Technology Specialist).  Certifications testify to the fact that an individual has devoted extra time to improving their professional image and knowledge. 

F  2010 graduated from the Maryland Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy.  . 

F  Graduate of Milford Mill High School, Catonsville Community College and the University of Maryland University College with a BS in Technology and Management.

F  Delegate, Baltimore County Republican Central Committee, 4th Councilmanic District, appointed 5/2008

F  Served on the Board of Directors for The Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, Inc. (1999-2007) and the Carroll County Association of Realtors® (2007-2010)
